DWI Checkpoints in Marlboro

Recently, the Monmouth County DWI Task Force ran a DWI and DUI checkpoint on Route 9, in Marlboro, New Jersey. If you were stopped in this checkpoint, you must understand that they are barely constitutional. In order to be constitutional, there are certain safeguards to the public that must be followed. If not properly set up, or if the safeguards are not followed for every driver stopped, then the stop, and any arrest that comes from that stop, could be unconstitutional.
